From 2019 to 2021, he led the company's U.S.-based international strategy consulting team, where he focused on developing innovative strategies and people solutions for global clients. His earlier roles at Booz Allen Hamilton include serving as a cybersecurity talent strategist and management consultant from 2018 to 2019, senior associate and capability leader from 2013 to 2016 and associate from 2009 to 2011.

From 2016 to 2018, Dr. Lopez was the senior director of global talent assessment and development at PepsiCo, spearheading the design and delivery of crucial executive selection and succession programs across the global brand. He began his journey as the vice president of vice Lopez and Associates Inc., where he developed and implemented employee selection systems across various industries. To stay aware of the latest developments and best practices within his field, he is a member of esteemed organizations such as the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the American Psychological Association.

Dr. Lopez's equally impressive academic background laid a strong foundation for his professional success. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in industrial and organizational psychology from Hofstra University, a Master of Arts in industrial and organizational psychology from New York University, an MBA from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the College of the Holy Cross. Additionally, he completed an executive education program in cybersecurity at MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2019. To augment his knowledge and qualifications, he obtained a graduate certificate in counterintelligence from Mercyhurst University as well as several assessment certifications.

Known for his contributions as a civic-minded citizen, Dr. Lopez is actively involved in organizations such as the New York Athletic Club's Human Resources Standing Committee, the Security and Safety Standing Committee and a Director on the Anglers Society Board. He has also served as an executive sponsor for the I/O Psychology Community of Practice at Booz Allen Hamilton. His contributions to the field have been recognized with numerous awards, including the Jeanneret Award for Excellence in the Study of Individual or Group Assessment by the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He also received multiple accolades during his tenure at Booz Allen Hamilton, including the Booz Allen Excellence Award in the innovation category in 2015 and the First Year Impact Award in 2010.

In his personal life, Dr. Lopez enjoys spending time with his daughter and engages in activities such as attending her swimming meets and lacrosse games as well was saltwater fishing and volunteering.
