His innovative approach led to the successful conversion of underperforming condominium projects into thriving hotel developments. From 2014 to 2015, Mr. Nieto went on to serve as a pre-construction manager at The Altman Companies in Boca Raton, overseeing development and construction for luxury rental projects. Since 2016, Mr. Nieto has been a partner at CM Design & Development in Miami now known as CMA Architects also operating in Georgia performing work in multiple locations in the country, where his responsibilities include managing design work for commercial and multi-family projects and overseeing construction in various sectors.

Before founding Ni2 Construction, Mr. Nieto gained extensive experience working at firms such as Brown Demandt Architects, Muniz Development, and Delant Construction where his projects included many unique developments. His broad expertise in these areas contributed significantly to the foundation of his own companies and the services they offer today.

Mr. Nieto's educational background includes a Bachelor of Architecture from Florida International University, earned in 2009. He holds several certifications, including being a state-certified general contractor in Florida since 2009 and a residential contractor in Georgia since 2023. Additionally, he is certified by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Inc. to operate hotels under their brand and is a licensed realtor in Georgia.

Throughout his career, Mr. Nieto has received accolades for his work, including recognition from Best Western for the Best Hotel of the Year award and being featured in Lake Oconee Living magazine for a spec home he designed and built in Reynolds Lake Oconee in Georgia. His most notable achievement is the architectural design of the Gallery at West Brickell also known as Magnus Brickell, a prominent 30-story apartment building in Miami's Brickell neighborhood.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Nieto is dedicated to his four children. He has a strong interest in 3D visualization and gaming design, utilizing advanced technology like Unreal Engine for creating virtual environments. Additionally, he is passionate about carpentry even in his free time and often engages in personal building projects.

Looking ahead, Mr. Nieto aims to become involved in larger-scale projects from an equity perspective, such as hotel developments or multi-family projects. He also hopes to continue building strong relationships in the Reynolds Lake Oconee area through spec homes and custom home building while consistently providing high-quality services to clients.
