She then worked as a registered nurse at Carson Tahoe Healthcare from 2014 to 2017, where she honed her skills in patient care. Her early career included a position in customer service at a bank, which helped her fulfill prerequisites for nursing school.

Ms. Frager's educational background is extensive and has played a significant role in her professional success. She earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Western Governors University in 2019, following an associate degree in registered nursing from Carrington College in 2013. Her academic journey began with an associate degree in general studies from Western Nevada College in 2010, after graduating from Douglas County High School in 2003. Her passion for nursing is evident through her pursuit of further certifications, including the Board Certified Emergency Nurse Specialization obtained in 2024 and completion of the Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course.

Her dedication to the field is further demonstrated by her membership in industry-related organizations such as Critical Care Nurses. In recognition of her contributions, Ms. Frager was voted Second Best Nurse in 2024, underscoring her reputation among peers and patients alike.

Outside of her professional life, Ms. Frager enjoys spending time with her two children. An avid reader, she values quality time with family and is committed to personal growth and community service. She is actively working toward trauma certification for herself and aims to help Carson Valley Health achieve national recognition as a stroke and cardiac center by collaborating on certification processes with the American Heart Association.
