He earned a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School in 2017, following a lengthy stint in higher education. He completed all the coursework for a PhD in political science at the University at Buffalo and obtained a Master of Arts in political science with concentrations in quantitative methodologies, international relations, comparative politics and judicial politics in 2015. In 2012, he earned an interdisciplinary Bachelor of Arts focused on legal studies, graduating magna cum laude. He holds several additional degrees and certifications, as well. After completing his undergraduate studies, Mr. Hasbrouck gained valuable experience working as a congressional assistant for the Honorable Louise Slaughter, a ranking member of the United States Congress.

Throughout his academic career, Mr. Hasbrouck was recognized for his consistent dedication to excellence by being named to both the Dean's List and President's List.
