Of his numerous career achievements in these areas, he is perhaps best known for Pulliam v. HNL Automotive, Inc.; this landmark case focused on liability issues for finance companies in the auto industry and overturned two appellate decisions, allowing for the recovery of attorney fees in similar situations.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Klitzke served from 2015 to 2023 as an attorney at Rosner, Barry & Babbit LLP. In addition to his legal accomplishments, Mr. Klitzke has edited two published books, a contracts textbook and a law review article.
