National Photographer Reflects on Besse Cooper's Regaining Her Title as World's Oldest Person

Besse Cooper of Monroe, Georgia, regained her title this week as the world's oldest. National photographer Paul Mobley was in Georgia just last week to photograph Cooper for her 115th birthday, which is in August.
