Additionally, no refunds will be provided for press releases containing fraudulent, deceptive or misleading content. 24-7PressRelease.com reserves the right to cancel or deny approval of any press release for distribution.

24-7PressRelease.com reserves the right to remove any press release or withdraw it from dissemination at any time without prior notification or refund of previously paid fees. Reasons for removal may include, but are not limited to, content warnings from search engines, user-generated spam, and complaints from external parties about inaccurate information.

24-7PressRelease.com does not guarantee any search engine ranking based on keywords or the number of articles Google indexes for a specific press release, as we do not have control over this. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

24-7PressRelease.com cannot control or guarantee how long a press release will appear on syndicate partner websites. You acknowledge that these partner websites typically do not archive news releases indefinitely.

24-7PressRelease.com does not guarantee specific results for your press release once it has been distributed. We will not provide a refund, in whole or in part, due to lack of results or feedback.

Through your registration for service, paid submission of copy and/or other information to Dragstrip Designs Marketing Inc., and 24-7PressRelease.com, you are in agreement to following Conditions and Terms of Service. In addition, Company resells PR Services from Cision US Inc. (“Cision”). You further acknowledge that you are in agreement with Cision’s Master Services Agreement, available at https://www.cision.com/legal/msa/, and PR Services Appendix, available at https://www.cision.com/legal/service-appendices/pr-services-appendix/. Cision reserves the right to impose a reasonable charge for any costs it may incur in connection with a regulatory request, court order or subpoena pertaining to USER or USER’s use of Cision’ Services and/or USER’s business in general where Cision is not a party to such action.
