The individual who set up the account at my company is no longer with us, and I would like to transfer the account to my email address. How can I accomplish this?
To transfer the account, please ensure you have all necessary information ready. We require verification that you are currently employed by the same company as the previous account holder. This can be done through an authorization email from the previous account holder or by providing an email from the new account holder using the same company domain (e.g., @abccompany.com). Contact us during business hours at 1-888-880-9539 or csr@24-7pressrelease.com to initiate the transfer process.
How much will it cost to distribute a press release?

Which distribution plan is most popular among clients?
Every client has different needs and budgets. Despite our low prices compared to competitors, our most popular plan is the $139 Integrated Media Pro and the best value plan is the $199 Integrated Media Pro+.
Do you provide free press releases?
No, we do not offer free press releases. While we did support this for the first 14 years of our business, we discontinued it due to increasing editorial costs and abuse from spammers. However, we do offer a plan called the Simple Post for $29 USD per release, allowing you to post your story on our website without additional distribution.
Do you offer monthly or annual subscription packages?
We do not currently offer subscription packages. However, organizations that submit a high volume of releases can explore our Agency Discount Program for bulk pricing. More information is available here.
I submitted a release but it's not showing in my Account Manager. What should I do?
If your release is not showing in your Account Manager, please contact us at 1-888-880-9539 or email csr@24-7pressrelease.com with your account email address. If you received a receipt from the payment vendor, please forward it to us.
What type of releases are not accepted by 24-7 Press Release Newswire?
24-7PressRelease.com does not allow the following content:
- Adult or pornographic content, adult dating, only fans
- Accusatory content
- Gambling and sports betting
- e-liquid, e-cigarette, or vapor
- Illegal drugs or substances
- Stock or crypto recommendation, speculate or price predictions
- Content that are defamatory, hateful or possess threat are not allowed
- Politic rhetoric
- Sexual enhancement products
- Intent to harm or negative press and content criticizing any person, website, product or brand
- Content that promotes illegal activity or violate legal rights are not allowed

Can non-English language press releases be submitted?
Unfortunately, we can only distribute releases in English as our news partners exclusively accept English-language releases.
How can I include images, documents, or videos in my press release?
After making a payment, you can upload images, documents (in Word, Excel, or PDF format), or embed a single YouTube video directly. If you prefer to add these elements later, simply navigate to your press release in the Account Manager. Click on "Attachments" to upload images or documents, or select "Video" to add a YouTube URL for embedding into your press release.
Can I schedule my press release to be distributed at a later date?
Yes, you can schedule your press release for a future date. During the submission process, simply select your desired release date from the calendar. If needed, you can also modify the scheduled date before the press release is distributed, giving you flexibility to adjust your timing.
Is it possible to make changes to my story before it is distributed?
Yes, you are able to make changes to your story as long as it has not been released. You have until 9:00pm Pacific (PDT) the day before the release to make any necessary changes. This timeframe allows us enough time to review and re-approve your story for distribution.
What will occur if I make changes to my press release after it is distributed?
If you make edits to your press release on or after the day of distribution, the changes will only be visible on the 24-7 Press Release Newswire website. We are unable to update your press release on our news partner sites. If you need to make a significant modification, please do so before the day of release and by our deadline time of 9:00 pm Pacific (PDT) the evening before.
I would like my release to be sent out immediately. Do you offer this service?
Our Integrated Media Pro and Integrated Media Pro+ plans include an option for immediate distribution. This service is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:00pm Pacific (PDT) with a turnaround time of up to 4 hours.
At what time will my press release be distributed?
Press releases on the 24-7 Press Release Network will be released at 3am Eastern (EDT). For releases on the Mass Media Visibility plan, the distribution through PR Newswire is typically scheduled for 7am Eastern (EDT). If you would like to request a specific time for the PR Newswire distribution, please include that request in the Special Instructions box when submitting your Mass Media Visibility release.
Which countries does your distribution reach?
Our distribution primarily focuses on the United States, where the majority of our news partners are situated. However, we also have a smaller international presence, reaching countries beyond the U.S. as well.
Can I target my release to a specific geographical area?
Unfortunately, we are unable to target a specific geographical area with your distribution. Your release will cover a wide range of markets across the United States.
How long does it take for my press release to appear in search results?
Search engines process content quickly, but with billions of web pages to analyze, it can still take some time for your press release to show up. Typically, we recommend waiting about 48 hours after your press release has been distributed before checking its visibility.
It’s also important to note that Google doesn’t index all results from every website that publishes your press release. Google’s algorithm often prioritizes one version of the content-usually from what it considers the most authoritative website—and may not display duplicate versions from other sites.
For the most accurate results, try this method:
- Copy your press release headline.
- Paste it into the search engine’s search bar, enclosed in quotation marks, like this: "This is my headline"
Using quotation marks ensures the search engine looks for the exact phrase.
Can you guarantee that my press release will appear at the top of Google search results for specific keywords?
Unfortunately, no company, including ours, can guarantee top placement on Google, as we do not control Google's behavior, and their algorithms are constantly evolving. However, we can assure you that your press release will be distributed to our news partners, many of whom may republish your story on their platforms.
Will my images be distributed along with my press release?
Your feature image will be sent to our news partners to be included with your press release. Please note that not all news partners will display the image.
How can I delete my release?
To delete your press release, log into your Account Manager and locate the release. Click on the "Delete" button to remove it from the 24-7PressRelease.com website.
I want my release to be removed from your news partner sites. How can I do this?
If you need your story to be retracted, there is a process available. The cost to retract a story is $50 USD and it may take up to one week to complete. While we cannot guarantee complete removal from all platforms, please contact us to start the process and make the payment.
How long will my press release be displayed on 24-7 Press Release Newswire?
Your press release will remain on 24-7 Press Release Newswire online until you decide to remove it. Many users choose to keep their releases online even after the news has become dated, as it serves as a historical reference for the organization's activities. Please note that 24-7 Press Release Newswire reserves the right to remove your press release if necessary due to business, legal, or regulatory obligations.
How do I incorporate links and formatting into my press release?
Links and formatting can be added to the Press Release Body and Boilerplate sections only.
Simply highlight the text and use the provided formatting buttons to insert links or apply formatting.
It's important to note that URLs and email addresses will automatically link without the need for additional code.
Here is an example of formatting code:

How many links can I include in my press release?
We do not limit the amount of links in your press release, however excessive linking is not permitted.
It is recommended to have one link per 100 words in your press release. Excessive linking can hinder readability and give off a spammy appearance. Including your company's URL in the closing section is advised, with additional URLs or anchor text links (keywords that link to web pages) placed strategically throughout the release.
Does your company provide Dofollow links?
No, we do not offer Dofollow links as we adhere to Google's quality guidelines policy. Instead, we use Nofollow links, which are preferred by Google for generating more authentic search engine results that are not influenced by link spamming or keyword loading.

What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds for stories that have been rejected, not yet distributed, or canceled. No refunds will be issued after a story has been distributed. Additionally, no refunds will be provided for press releases containing fraudulent, deceptive or misleading content.
Where can I find my payment receipt?
To access your payment receipt, log into your Account Manager, select My Payments, and click on the "Payment Receipt" button under the desired headline.
