California Resolution for Apology to Chinese Americans Passes Unanimously

SJR 23 & SCR 122 pass CA Senate unanimously, requesting U.S. Congress to adopt resolutions of apology to Chinese Americans for enactment of the Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882 and formally apologizing for past California anti-Chinese legislation.
