Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center Hires New Chief Operating Officer

A 20-year veteran of behavioral health and social service sectors, Lou Kassa will direct daily operations at the Biotech Center, the Hepatitis B Foundation, and the Baruch S. Blumberg Institute
