Average Deadline for Government Bids Decreases Again in 2015

In 2015, the number of U.S. State and Local government bids increased again and the amount of days to bid on these opportunities decreased to an average of 11.7 days. In sum, more bids are being issued, with less lead time for contractors to bid.
