Governor Appoints CSUSM Adjunct Lecturer from Water Management Program to Bay Area Council

Jerry Brown has appointed Ken Weinberg, who teaches in the Certificate in Water Resources Management and Leadership Program at CSUSM, to the Delta Stewardship Council.
