Cowboy Records' (Burbank) first signed artist, Country Music Singer/Songwriter, Hoyt Hughes, wins Pro Cowboy Country Music Award for "New Cowboy Country Star Of The Year 2018" and releases new three song cowboy western EP, entitled "The Code."
