Dr. Machesky is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Society of Bariatric Physicians. She graduated from Wayne State University in 1995 and completed her residency in 1998. Prior to entering medical school, she worked as a certified athletic trainer for Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI.
