PLANO, TX, July 09, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Celeste Hackett, C.H., B.C.H, C.P.H.I, of Plano Texas recently received her license from the Texas Workforce Commission for the only state approved Hypnosis Training School in Dallas. "It took a whole year of going back and forth with the state but I finally did it!" said Ms Hackett. She is now offering NGH approved beginner to advanced training in one ten day course for those who want to learn the profession. Her recent first class was a resounding success.
The students who signed up for the classes at Dallas Hypnosis Career Training received three certifications: The National Guild Certification, 5-Path Certification and 7th Path Self-hypnosis Certification. "These certifications are prized by hypnosis professionals world-wide and my students will be some of the very best-trained!" Declares Ms. Hackett.
The classes are taught in 10 days at the South Fork Ranch Hotel in Plano and afterwards students are supported through message boards and a mentorship program that Ms. Hackett is developing. "There is plenty time to practice hypnotic techniques in class, but the real training comes on the job, so you need some sort of support as you get through you first few clients." says Celeste.
Jack Gregory, a school counselor from Burleson Texas, who recently took the training, was certainly impressed, "The curriculum was grueling, but the material was so informing and exciting. There was never a dull moment. For anyone interested in becoming a certified hypnotist, Celeste provides the experience and professionalism needed for this level of training."
The training program was originally developed by Calvin Banyan of Tustin California, a psychologist and author who wrote "The Secret Language of Feelings" which is the backbone of the session work. "Most problems are caused by subconsciously held emotions and the perceptions generated at the time they were created," says the teacher.
Ms. Hackett is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists, the largest and oldest educational corporation for hypnotists founded in Boston, MA in 1951. Ms Hackett also is the owner of Family First Hypnosis in Plano where she sees up to 20 clients per week. Family First Hypnosis has been in operation since 2006 and sees a variety of issues such as Stop Smoking, Weight Loss, as well as many other behavioral problems. The hypnotist also receives referrals from doctors and psychologists for issues such as phobias, depression and chronic anxiety. She is board certified by the NGH and is also a Certified Professional Hypnosis Instructor.
"My students will learn to work with a variety of issues and do real hypnosis that really works" says Celeste. Classes are scheduled through out the year with the next one in September 2009. Tuition is offered at an introductory price of $1995, but discounts are available for early registration.
