Are Teams Worth the Effort in Efusjon?

The feeling of beating the odds and being able to look back on life and feel like you accomplished something. Unfortunately this is a hard road to traverse, and you have many choices ahead of you.

Do it Yourself
Venturing out on your own and trying to succeed in any industry lends some amazing freedoms, but it's up to you to decide if those freedoms are worth postponing while you build your foundation of success. By doing it yourself and not relying on others you get to develop your own method in how you approach things. These methods will ultimately define your success.

The thing that stands out most in my mind, when it comes to trying to succeed on your own, is it will take more time and energy to learn your methodologies then it would with a team backing you up. Why this is a good thing is because you will rely on yourself, refine the knowledge you have gained, and build yourself up.

If you're able to succeed, and beat the odds, you will be that much stronger of a person because of it. Understand that you will either learn from your mistakes or fail because of them, but if you're able to pull through, and see it to the end, you will be that much more of a leader and others will follow in your footsteps.

Team Membership and Involvement
Just like doing it yourself there are pros and cons to being a member of a team. These will vary from person to person but in general this is what you will find.

Pros:
- Build off of others success and failures
- Support of others
- Input from others with the same goals
- Networking

Cons:
- Too much faith in others and not learning what works for you
- Feeling like others should carry you
- Lack of support for the common member, not a member of "the" clique
- Feeling alone even with others around you succeeding

Being a part of a good team will help alleviate the burdens you would have faced if you were to have gone off on your own. The pool of knowledge that comes with a good team is priceless, and it will put you in a better position to succeed.

The Team InFusjon Difference
In this article I covered some basic and fundamental truths about different paths one can take in any industry. Knowing that both paths have some very convincing outcomes, we decided in creating Team InFusjon that we would offer both paths to our members and let them decide. By offering tools and services needed to succeed within the Efusjon Energy Club we came up with a series of free products for all members. By offering these services we hope to teach correct principles, and let the team govern itself. We will be guiding the members of Team InFusjon in both succeeding on your own, or as a group. Since one methodology isn't better than the other, we felt that the combination of both independence and being a part of a community would promote self reliance, and the feeling of success no matter which path you chose.
