Unprecedented Law Suits Filed in Oregon

In one of my cases, I have been forced to protect myself against some attorneys who have used unethical practices by avoiding notices and summons. I aim to prove that not all attorneys uphold the principles of the law, court rules and procedures.

Additionally, I have been forced to protect myself against some Insurance Companies who have taken unfair advantages and used unfair methods, against me. With my documented evidence, I will prove these Insurance Companies have shown unethical business practices, by not paying for damages and injuries I sustained.

For the person who represents himself, otherwise, who files a legal suit to protect his/her rights or property, without the aid of an attorney, needs all the means by which any matter of fact is produced. Evidence includes the testimony of a witness, introduction of records, documents, exhibits or any other relevant matter offered.

It is not always easy to make your voice heard and gain the attention of the community, statewide interest and wider targets. In regards to national and international agendas, public trusts and confidence in our legal system is defective.
