Ms. Scovello Pinckney is a dedicated healthcare professional with 30 years of experience in education, administration and in-servicing. As Resident Service Director for Kingsway Manor Assisted Living, she is tasked with overseeing staffing issues, policies and procedures, compliance, budget and payroll. She also ensures that the facility's residents are properly cared for by performing rounds and overseeing resident reviews and outcomes. She previously worked as an educator at Sage Jr. College, as an adjunct professor at the Albany College of Pharmacy, as a clinical instructor for the Job Corps, and within the Albany City School District. Ms. Scovello Pinckney attributes her success to her self-determination.

An alumna of Sage College of Albany, Ms. Scovello Pinckney received her Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and Health Services Administration in 1989 and her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing in 1974. She is a member of the Assisted Living Residence subcommittee for the Empire State Association of Assisted Living, an advisory board member for the New York State Health Facilities Association (a subdivision of the New York State Health Facilities Association), and sits on the medical advisory board for MSU.
