As a Community Standards Manager, Ms. Johnston is responsible for helping clients with design guidelines and counseling them to ensure that the exterior of their home is kept in as good or better condition than when they purchased. Through the process; she is a liaison to the design committee and hearing panel, processes submittals, violation letters and helps disgruntled homeowners. After moving to Las Vegas from Wisconsin, she decided that she preferred this business over her previous occupation as a Realtor. She attributes her success to the support she receives from the people around her, her co-workers and General Manager.

Ms. Johnston has completed college coursework and has a CM (Community Manager) and a CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Association) Certificates and is a member of the Community Association Institute. In the future, she hopes to become a General Manager within a community association.
