SAN FRANCISCO, CA, December 13, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Tracker Corp, provider of highly-secure software for immigration management and compliance with Form I-9 and E-Verify regulations, announced the hiring of Brett Weiss to fill the newly created position of chief operating officer. In addition to providing executive leadership and growth strategy, Weiss will lead the company's joint venture (channel partner) negotiations. His duties will also include building relationships with human resources software vendors and other organizations driven to meet US employers' need to integrate secure verification of work eligibility as part of an efficient employee onboarding solution. Tracker Corp's existing and prospective partners include background screening, payroll and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) companies.
Brett Weiss brings more than ten years of experience in enterprise software, long-established connections with many Fortune 100 companies and a proven track record of exceptional account growth success. He has been featured nationally as an expert panelist and commentator on technology in employer compliance, having launched the highly successful company, Remedy Interactive, more than a decade ago. He is an alumnus of UC Berkeley and UC San Francisco, where he obtained his Master's degree.
"Brett Weiss possesses the leadership, communication skills and integrity that will foster highly productive relationships between Tracker Corp and other organizations in the HR and BPO software arenas," said Tracker Corp President Fred Colman. "These business interactions will prove advantageous to Tracker Corp and our partners and to employers nationwide who face tight timelines for complying with increasingly complex I-9 and E-Verify rules."
Tracker Corp's I-9 compliance software, Tracker I-9, provides streamlined Form I-9 preparation and integration of paper and electronic I-9s, automatic error detection, submittal to E-Verify via automated batch processing or certified one-click delivery, customized reporting and self-auditing tools and a flexible application programming interface (API) for syncing with existing payroll or HR applications. A SaaS (Software as a Service) solution with banking-level security, Tracker I-9 allocates a dedicated database to each customer, making it impossible for other companies to access that customer's data, unlike other I-9 software providers that co-mingle customer data.
