DENVER, CO, January 08, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Resnik Partners, a Denver-based provider of career transition, organizational development and executive coaching services to Fortune 1000 companies nationally and internationally, today announced the addition of two new members of their Denver-based leadership team. Gina Swallows will join the company in the newly created role of Vice President of Client Services and Rebekah Bill will join Resnik's team as Director of Business Development.
The two veteran human resource professionals will promote the company's broad range of talent management and career transition services to new clients and assist the firm's current clients achieve their organizational and employee support goals.

Ms. Gina Swallows, as Vice President of Client Services, will manage the firm's growing list of career transition clients, assisting companies through downsizing events and candidates through transition. Most recently Swallows was National Manager of Talent Acquisition for Tatum, LLC, the largest executive services firm in the U.S. Swallows also piloted an internal executive recruiting program at DaVita, a $5 billion publicly traded healthcare provider, and led the firm's national recruiting efforts. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Joseph A. Butt, S.J. College of Business at Loyola University New Orleans.
Ms. Rebekah Bill will join Resnik Partners as Director of Business Development. Prior to joining Resnik Partners, Bill served as a principal for Colorado Corporate Search, an executive search firm specializing in senior level finance and accounting positions. Earlier in her career, Bill served as a senior analyst for PricewaterhouseCoopers' Financial Advisory Services team. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Virginia and serves on the Board of Directors for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Rocky Mountain Chapter.
