/24-7PressRelease/ - NEW YORK, NY, April 26, 2006 - World Wildlife Fund (WWF), the global conservation organization, has selected New York-based Heller Communication Design (HCD) as their agency of record for U.S. operations. HCD will develop new brand strategies and communications programs to align the organization's communications with their goal of saving the most important places for the benefit of both the species and the people they support.

"We chose to partner with Heller in part because of their commitment to conservation and sustainability - a practice and philosophy upon which WWF is founded," says John Donoghue, WWF's Senior Vice President. "The remarkable experience they've had helping large corporations to develop socially responsible programs as part of their brand communications and their exemplary creative work can only strengthen our relationship."

HCD has long been involved in bringing the private and nonprofit sectors together for mutually beneficial relationships and has worked with many nonprofit organizations, including Audubon New York and Architecture for Humanity. They were responsible for rebranding The Cloud Institute for Sustainability Education and are currently engaged in the rebranding of International Development Enterprises (IDE). Additionally, Heller led the team that breathed new life into the Girls Scouts brand.

"This preeminent organization's work is so vital; their passion for it inspires us with extraordinary conviction," says Cheryl Heller, CEO of Heller Communication Design. "We are very excited to be working with World Wildlife Fund."

We at Heller Communication Design http://www.hellercd.com create sustainable communications programs that form energized, lasting relationships with employees, customers, and partners.
