SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, March 12, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dance music fans using hotels in Sydney will be looking forward to the arrival of Australia's first ever Creamfields in May.
Having established itself as the UK's biggest dance festival and held successful parties across Europe, the event is now continuing its international expansion with four eagerly-anticipated dates down under.
First up is the Sydney festival, which will take place at the Hordern Pavilion on Saturday May 1st.
Headline act the Bloody Beetroots will be performing with their six-piece band Death Crew 77, while the appearance of DJs such as Ferry Corsten and Dave Clarke should ensure that trance and techno fans are satisfied.
In keeping with the festival's growing status as a global concern, there is an international flavour running through the line-up.
Other confirmed acts for the all-day event include Chicago house veteran Green Velvet, Melbourne-based producer and remixer Dirty South, Canadian group MSTRKRFT and Swedish house star Steve Angello.
Tickets for Creamfields in Sydney are priced at $101 (GBP61) and people planning to attend the event are advised to buy soon, as it is expected to sell out.
People staying elsewhere in Australia will have a chance to experience the festival when it leaves New South Wales and heads to Perth on May 2nd, with events in Brisbane and Melbourne taking place the following week.
