The release stated the 95-acre project will feature a water park, restaurant and retail space, a hotel and conference center, that will be built over four phases. The first phase, with a 16-acre water park and skydiving simulator, is planned to be operational by May 2012.

The city does not skimp in the shopping department either. Breon says the newly built 1890 Ranch and the nearby Lakeline Mall in Austin offer great shopping for the area.
