Montserrat Caballe to perform in Zaragoza - LateRooms.com

    ZARAGOZA, SPAIN, March 24, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Spanish opera signer Montserrat Caballe is set to perform at the Sala Mozart in Zaragoza on Monday April 12th.

The veteran Barcelona-born soprano is celebrated by classical music fans in her native country and has sung at venues around the world, having studied at her native city's Liceu Conservatory.

Famous for her roles in operas by the likes of Rossini, Bellini and Donizetti, she will be singing for people staying in Zaragoza hotels next month.

With a capacity of 1,992 seats, the Sala Mozart is located within the Aragon city's state of-the-art auditorium and convention centre complex, which opened in 1994.

Other artists to perform in the Mozart chamber this year include pianist Kotara Fukuma and Spanish pop star David Bustamante, who has released six successful albums since he shot to fame on the Spanish equivalent of Pop Idol in 2002.
