hfa Associates Continue to Impress

    AKRON, OH, March 31, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- In an effort to provide superior support to and partnership with its diverse clients, hfa (Hitchcock Fleming & Associates Inc.), a full-service marketing communications firm based in Akron, Ohio, has promoted three associates.

Shelly Morton has been promoted from brand integration account manager to senior brand integration account manager. She works daily to maintain synergy and strategic integration between online and offline initiatives for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Choice Hotels International and other accounts. She works collaboratively with internal and external teams to ensure strategies are being set and metrics are being captured.

Morton resides in Canton with her husband and son.

Matt Grycan has been promoted from assistant account manager to account manager, focusing on the Goodyear National Retail account. For the last five years, Grycan has worked on the fast-paced Goodyear account, honing his ability to multi-task while thinking strategically. He uses his experience to develop and execute strategies and material for POS, consumer and retailer communication pieces.

Grycan is a graduate of Kent State University and currently resides in Stow. He is a member of the Browns Backers.

Carrie Hall has been promoted from assistant account manager to account manager. She is responsible for the KraftMaid and Glidden accounts. Hall's excellent skills in project and budget management, account leadership and team coordination better enable hfa to meet the evolving and multi-faceted needs of its clients.

Hall resides in Stow with her husband and dog.
