With 21 years of experience as an educator, Sabrina R. Williams is a noted authority on education administration, organizational development, and gifted, early childhood, elementary and middle school education. Drawing on a rich background in academia, she established Excell Academy for Higher Learning in 2001. As CEO, Mrs. Williams oversees business development, serves as chief spokesperson, and cultivates relationships with the school's stakeholders. She also functions as CEO and executive director of the Minnesota School District.

Mrs. Williams has advanced a number of educational institutions and initiatives in the course of her career, including the Summer SMARTS Program, the Little Fortress Learning Centers, and Excell Preschool. She also lent her talents to Saint Paul Public Schools as a classroom teacher, tutor and curriculum writer. Mrs. Williams considers providing quality education and social skills development to children of all ages and ethnicities to be the most vital and rewarding aspect of her work. Honored with an African Missions Education Leadership Award, a Director of the Year Award and a Leadership Success Award, she attributes her success to her perseverance, discipline and faith in God.

A member of the Minnesota Association of Charter Schools, Mrs. Williams holds a master of arts in gifted education, with a concentration in curriculum and instruction, from the University of St. Thomas, and a bachelor of science in elementary education and a bachelor of science in Biblical studies, both from Northwestern College. She earned a certification from Arthur L. Costa's Center for Cognitive Coaching and a certification in education dissemination and research. In her free time, she volunteers with Mighty Fortress International Church, Inc. Mrs. Williams looks forward to traveling around the world to promote quality education and citizenship for all children.
