CHIANG MAI, THAILAND, May 19, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- People staying in accommodation in Chiang Mai throughout May and June will be able to attend one of the regular movie nights being held in the city.
Every Saturday night the Chiang Mai University (CMU) Art Centre will show a different movie, ranging from foreign offerings to internationally-renowned classics.
All the months follow a different theme and in June, the theme is alpha and omega.
People visiting Chiang Mai next month will have the option to watch The Gods Must Be Crazy on June 5th, Antichrist on June 12th, Dogma on June 19th or Monty Python and the Holy Grail on June 26th.
Anyone staying in accommodation in Thailand who wants to watch a comedy movie would be advised to see either Dogma or Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
Dogma tells the story of two fallen angels - played by Matt Damon and Ben Affleck - who are trying to return to heaven.
Other members of the cast include Alan Rickman and Alanis Morissette, with Kevin Smith in the director's chair.
Alternatively, Monty Python and the Holy Grail could be a good option for anyone missing home with the unusual brand of British comedy sure to put a smile on your face.
The screenings start from 19:00 (local time) in the second floor auditorium at the CMU Art Centre.
For more information on this event visit the CMU Art Centre website or contact the venue on +66 53 218280.
