Fidelitone Logistics Announces Acquisition of AADF Warehouse

    WAUCONDA, IL, May 20, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Fidelitone Logistics, an industry leader in 3PL and supply chain performance, announced today that it has successfully completed the acquisition of privately-held AADF Warehouse, a New Mexico-based company specializing in transportation and distribution management. This acquisition expands Fidelitone's geographic footprint in North America to 28 facilities and adds additional experience in key industries such as medical devices, alternative energy and building products.

Although terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, Fidelitone projects growth within the Southwest market and plans to retain all AADF employees and facilities. "We saw this as an excellent opportunity to increase our geographic presence in the Southwest," said President Josh Johnson. "Additionally, AADF's customer base is very complementary to our current medical device vertical specialization, and AADF is a great fit with our plans to expand our market presence in the growing green industry."

This is Fidelitone's fourth acquisition in the last 24 months. In 2009, Fidelitone acquired Premier Printing and Packaging, along with two additional acquisitions in 2008 of WinWell Companies and Dedicated Logistics. The result of those acquisitions enhanced Fidelitone's service offerings and its national distribution network for continued growth.
