Bald Head Design Announces First Annual Websites For Charity Event. Bald Head Design Will Give Away Three Free Custom Designed Websites With Free Hosting.

    DELAWARE, OH, May 23, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The event is designed to give local charities an opportunity to bring awareness about how that organization impacts, changes or assists their community, through an online presence.

Under the current economic downturn, many great charities have continued to provide their communities with services and resources to help those in need during these difficult times. As charities depending upon grants and donations in order to continue offering assistance to their communities, these organizations are also feeling the effects of the current economy. Co-Owner of the Ohio website design company Jeff Elder says, "As small business owners in today's economy we know how hard these times can be just to make ends meet."

Bald Head Design would like to give a little something back to those charities.

They will be searching for three extraordinary local charities that demonstrate a consistent impact on their communities. The selected charities will be given a 5 page website that will be custom designed to reflect the purpose and scope of their organization. Bald Head Design will also provide free hosting for the life of the website. Charities that currently have an existing website may still participate. Bald Head Design will choose the three winners with the first website being awarded in June, the second being awarded in July and the third being awarded in August.

Charities must prove 501c status; nature of your organization; how many years serving the community; one story detailing the impact or positive change you have had on the community or an individual.
