New Associates Strengthen hfa's Marketing Team

    AKRON, OH, May 28, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- hfa (Hitchcock Fleming & Associates Inc.), a full-service marketing communications firm located in Akron, Ohio, recently added a team leader/account supervisor and a media buyer/planner to its team.

Jason Kelly has joined hfa's account service team as a team leader/account supervisor. Kelly adds great value to the already strategic, forward-thinking team. His previous experience includes the creation and activation of marketing plans for clients such as Chevrolet, Chrysler, the Olympic Winter Games, Michelin Tires and many others. Kelly holds a deep understanding of the marketplace and the target audiences of hfa's clients.

Kelly's responsibilities include the supervision of development, implementation and measurement of client marketing communication plans as well as leadership, direction and support to the account service team.

His past employers include Campbell-Ewald, BBDO Detroit and others.

With a business marketing degree from Wayne State University, Kelly has held the position of vice president of the American Advertising Federation in Greenville, SC., and he held a steering committee position for the Better Business Bureau advertising review panel.

Born in Columbus, Ohio, Kelly has lived in South Carolina and Michigan the majority of his life.

Amy Weiser joins hfa as a media buyer/planner. Weiser has multi-faceted experience from previous agency work that included many areas of advertising, from media and account service to research, writing and trafficking. She has a well-rounded, holistic understanding of what makes a successful campaign. Her clients have included the bioscience, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, automotive and hospitality industries.

Weiser's responsibilities include full-scale media planning, research, reporting, presenting and buying. She thrives on the wide spectrum of media possibilities and has a strong appreciation for consumer habit research, which helps her make media recommendations.

Weiser has more than five years of agency experience. Her past employers include TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications and Jaeger Advertising.

Weiser holds a B.A. in advertising/marketing from Baldwin Wallace College and an associate's degree in photography from Lakeland College. Originally from Solon, she now resides in Copley Township.
