The "Fly-In Fun" events comprise a mix between informal fly-in gatherings and traditionally organized aviation and trade shows. All interested airports will have the opportunity to present themselves by offering tours and presentations. Additionally, aviation companies of all kinds are going to have their opportunity to show and demonstrate their products from new airplanes - to the latest avionics and pilot gear. Of course, interesting airplanes such as classics are supposed to be on display also.
The admission for general public, aviation enthusiasts, and pilots and aircraft owners is free. Only participating airports and companies interested to show, demonstrate, and promote their products or services, must pay a modest sponsorship fee. A number of California airports already stated their interest and commitment to participate.
