The organisers of this exhibition, which is running until August 22nd, claimed that the value of such items was debated by individuals discussing aesthetics in the latter part of the 19th century.

About 150 items will be on display at the art space, including iconic pieces such as Rodin's The Gates of Hell and several vases, drawings and sculptures.

Opening hours for the show are from 10:00 to 17:45 (local time) from Tuesday to Sunday, with entrance costing EUR7 (GBP5.80) or EUR10 to see the rest of the museum as well.

Rodin was born on November 12th in Paris and was a founding member of the Societe Nationale des Beaux-Arts.
