RealCare Baby is a part of the RealCare program used in thousands of schools and organizations around the world. The infant simulator provides a realistic hands-on experience of caring for a newborn infant.

Dad Camp follows participating fathers-to-be and their pregnant girlfriends while they prepare for their future child to be born. Working together and with relationship expert Dr. Jeff Gardere, the program highlights to couples the commitment and selflessness it takes to be a parent. Show participants are followed going through intense therapy sessions, instructional parenting classes and a number of challenges to help them prepare for their impending future as parents.

In the episode, Dad Camp fathers-to-be will be the sole caregiver of the RealCare Baby throughout a 24-hour period in which they need to change diapers, feed and comfort their infants. The computerized infant simulator monitors all care, records neglected care opportunities and any abuse or mishandling, and provides a detailed report of how the fathers-to-be managed.
