SAN DIEGO, CA, June 17, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- BrainShine, a branding and design firm based in the Scripps Ranch area of San Diego, recently completed the 2009 Annual Report for the San Diego Sheriff's Department. This annual report marks the Sheriff's Department's return to print, after 2008's digital-only document. The last annual report to be printed was 2007's, also designed by BrainShine.
"It may be highly cost-effective to e-publish corporate and organizational documents," says BrainShine president and creative director Blaise Nauyokas. "But there's also tremendous value in presenting key stakeholders with something tangible, especially with pieces of communication that are likely to have archival value - like annual reports."
The project also marks the return of the outsourced creative team behind the highly lauded 2007 report: BrainShine, photographer Sandy Huffaker, and copywriter John Kuraoka. The project was managed by Sheriff's Department Public Affairs Officer Jan Caldwell.
