DAYTON, OH, June 17, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- CareSource, a leading managed care company, has appointed L. Tarlton Thomas III to the position of Chief Financial Officer overseeing all financial aspects of CareSource Management Group.

Thomas has previously served as vice president of finance and in an interim CFO role at CareSource. He has more than 17 years of financial leadership experience and prior to joining CareSource in 2007, he was part of the finance team at Standard Register for 15 years.
As CFO, he will handle regulatory bodies, ensuring that all statutory and regulatory requirements are exceeded. Thomas will also oversee all financial forecasting and projections while serving as an advisor on financial aspects of contracts.
He earned his CPA license in Ohio in 2000, and is currently a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs. He holds dual bachelor of science degrees in accounting and finance from Wright State University. He resides in Covington, Ohio, with his wife Traci and two sons.
