Ann 'Annie' Cortes Honored by Cambridge Who's Who

    LONGWOOD, FL, June 21, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ann 'Annie' Cortes, Consultant and Owner of Creative Memories and Pawsitiv Memory, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in business management.

As a consultant and the owner of Creative Memories and Pawsitiv Memory, Ms. Cortes is responsible for working with home-based businesses, conducting workshops, creating photo albums, designing scrapbooks, visiting assisted living facilities with a therapy dog and helping residents with memory recognition using photos, stories and additionally helping those who have lost their pets to heal. Her duties also extend to advertising through Web sites and local papers, and networking through various Business Women's Association. She started her scrapbooking business when she was homebound after an injury and needed something creative to fill her time. She attributes her success to her hard work, perseverance, enthusiasm and passion for her profession.

Ms. Cortes received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Jacksonville University. She is a certified nutrition and wellness consultant and independent consultant as well as a Cisco certified voice professional and a registered puppy raiser and sitter through Southeastern Guide Dogs, Inc. She was a recipient of the Creative Memories Outstanding Senior Consultant and Achievement Award through Southeastern Guide Dogs, Inc., and the Lifetime Achievement Award from EAS Body for Life Challenge. In addition, she volunteers for New Horizons Service Dogs and Southeastern Guide Dogs, Inc.
