Dad Camp features six irresponsible fathers-to-be and their pregnant girlfriends working together to prepare for their future as parents. With the help of relationship expert Dr. Jeff Gardere, the couples participate in intense therapy sessions, instructional parenting classes and a number of challenges. This program's aim is to help the fathers-to-be understand the commitment and responsibility it takes to be a parent.

Episode 105 features male cast members wearing the Realityworks Pregnancy Profile Vest - a simulation product that mimics the third trimester of pregnancy. The simulator weighs about 25 pounds, simulates breathing constrictions, fetal movement and bladder pressure. In the episode, the fathers-to-be will do chores around the house, to help them better understand what their pregnant girlfriends are dealing with as they carrying their babies.
