TENBY, ENGLAND, July 20, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Tenby's Summer Spectacular is expected to bring crowds of people flocking to the Pembrokeshire resort next month.
Held on two separate weekends, the event offers a range of family activities based in and around the town's famous harbour.
This year, the Summer Spectacular will take place on Sunday August 1st and Sunday August 15th, with excitement already building among local residents and regular visitors.
Starting at about 15:00 BST and concluding with a spectacular fireworks display at 20:00, both events promise to be a memorable occasion for everyone who attends.
As well as the pyrotechnics, people staying in one of the many top hotels Tenby has available can look forward to live music from local bands and a display from the Tenby Coastguard.
There will also be a demonstration of daring aerial aerobatics above the natural amphitheatre of Tenby's North Bay.
Organised each year by the Tenby Round Table, the Summer Spectacular should provide the perfect excuse for people considering a trip to one of the most popular seaside resorts in Wales.
As well as the four kilometres of sandy beaches and a picturesque harbour, Tenby offers attractions such as St Catherine's Island, which contains a Palmerston Fort built in the 1870s.
