This fabulous exhibition shows off the talents of the celebrated Blue Rider group of artists, which includes Paul Klee, Albert Bloch and Wassily Kandinsky.

About 250 pieces will be on display, which should provide plenty of entertainment for travellers in need of a culture fix during their holidays to the German city.

It will be available to view until September 26th at the Lenbachhaus, which can be found on Luisenstrasse.

Some of the items on display are being presented for the first time, making this exhibition very special for fans of artists in the Blue Rider collective, which also includes Franz Marc, Eugen von Kahler and Else Lasker-Schuler.

There will be plenty of drawings and watercolours on show at this event, which is the first exhibit to deal solely with work by artists in the group, according to the organisers.

While visiting, people will have the chance to buy postcards of the work, as well as an accompanying book that has been produced and is on sale for EUR29.90 (GBP24.95).

The art space itself is open from Tuesday until Sunday between 10:00 and 18:00 local time, with entrance costing EUR8.

Also on show at the Lenbachhaus is the work of Sylvie Fleury, whose Written on the Wall II exhibition will be on display for much of the summer.
