Correia, General Manager of Correia Construction Company, has been named Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year in Construction Management. While inclusion in the Cambridge Who's Who Registry is an honor, only two male and two female members in each discipline are named professionals of the year. The Cambridge Who's Who selection committee chooses these special honorees based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements and leadership abilities.

Backed by over 15 years of experience, Jane E. S. Correia is a seasoned authority on contract management and negotiation. She now oversees all office operations of Correia Construction Company as General Manager of the commercial and marine construction provider. Specifically, she manages office cash flow and projects and ensures quality of all projects.

Mrs. Correia, the first female commodore for the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club, is recognized for her pioneering spirit in marine construction. Inspired by her mother, whom she describes as hardworking, Mrs. Correia has distinguished herself with a strong work ethic and committed nature. She regards the highlight of her and her husband, Dennis' career to date as Correia Construction. The company has been awarded a contract in Roatan, Honduras to redesign and build the cruise ship at dock at Coxen Hole, to accommodate the world's largest cruise ship, which was launched by RCCL this year. Mrs. Correia also developed a program named "Back to Work," in partnership with the Government of Bermuda, the Construction Association of Bermuda, and the Hustle Truck Program.

Mrs. Correia sits on the Match Race Committee of the International Sailing Federation. She is educated in business through Pitman's College in London.
