DeskFlakes.com Now Offers Free Mobile Wallpaper.
Recently launched free wallpaper site, DeskFlakes.com, has now integrated options to dynamically resize and reformat any of its free wallpaper images for use on mobile phones.
/24-7PressRelease/ - COVINGTON, LA, August 01, 2006 - DeskFlakes.com, a relatively new website that offers free, tile-able Windows desktop wallpaper images, now features options allowing users to use any of the free images available on the site for wallpaper on their mobile phones.
Users can click a link when viewing any image and then specify the dimensions and file format that their mobile phone supports for wallpaper. The image is then resized and reformatted dynamically on the site's server and shown to the user, allowing them to save the image on their computer.
Currently, the site does not offer a service allowing users to transfer the images directly to their phones from the site. However, information is available to users on the site's Frequently Asked Questions page outlining other free options for transferring the images to their phones.
