With 25 years of professional experience, Mrs. Lee owns LeaSearch Associates, Inc. and serves as the senior professional landman. Her responsibilities include obtaining clients, attending investor and client meetings, managing landman crews, writing and reviewing project reports, mapping, and managing business operations including bookkeeping, payroll, and taxes. LeaSearch Associates, Inc. provides professional landman services for oil and gas exploration companies.

Mrs. Lee received her Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Texas A&M University, with honors, in 2010. Currently, she is pursuing her designation as a Certified Professional Landman from the American Association of Professional Landmen. She is a member of the Association of Environmental & Engineering Geologists, the American Association of Professional Landmen, the North Houston Association of Professional Landmen, and the Association of Petroleum Geologists. She attributes her success to her work ethic and the professional training she received from her father, also a landman. In the future, she intends to increase her client and project loads to allow the addition of 50 landmen to her staff.
