HONG KONG, HK, September 18, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The first "Hong Kong International Software Contest" kicked off on 15th September, 2010, which had a million people's eyes on it. At the same time, the prize-giving ceremony will be held in ZhuHai, a romantic garden situated in the southwest of Pearl River Delta of China, on 11th Jan, 2011.
Hong Kong Software Association (HKSA) is an association between Hong Kong and the Mainland which provides educational opportunities to software developers and companies. Also, it presents a strong united power for the software sector to build their ability to scale, and increase the funding levels as well. The membership base is comprised of over hundreds of companies actively involved in every area of the software sector in Mainland China, as well as those in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau.
The main purpose of this contest is to promote the mutual cooperation and development of the software industry including research, production, sales, promotion, services and industry management in Hong Kong and mainland China, as well as to promote the science and technology communication, the exchange of experience and technical progress within the software industry and broaden the overseas markets.
This is a meaningful contest, for the results are identified by both the users themselves and the authoritative experts. There will be 10 independent awards, which will be judged, including "Most Favored" Award, "Best Design" Award "Most Creative" Award, "Most Application" Award, "Most Trusted" Award and more.
