Dr. Hendee's Honorary Fellowship into the Academy was announced at the American Academy of Chefs 39th Annual Induction Dinner held on August 3 in Anaheim, Ca.
The American Academy of Chefs (AAC) is the prestigious honor society of the American Culinary Federation (ACF). The Academy recognizes those individuals whose outstanding achievements in the culinary profession and involvement in ACF deserve acknowledgement. Dr. Hendee was recognized for her dedication and service to the culinary profession and for her enhancement of the culinary arts.
