FRAMINGHAM, MA, September 30, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Punchbowl.com, the one-stop site for start to finish party planning and free online invitations, reports that 65% of survey respondents said that the U.S. economy would affect their Halloween spending this year. Despite concerns about the economy, 60% of respondents said they would spend the largest portion of their Halloween budget throwing a Halloween party.
