Luce, President of Planning Legacies Financial Group, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in financial planning for families, especially those with special physical or mental needs.
Russell Luce has 17 years of experience working in all areas of the financial industry including with clients with special needs planning, retirement planning and wealth management. He began his career with Aid Association for Lutherans (now Thrivent Financial for Lutherans) in the early 90s as a registered representative and insurance advisor, where he worked his way up to unit manager. Next, he joined MONY (Mutual of New York) as an assistant managing director of sales for which he was responsible for training, recruiting and sales for his region. While there, Russell achieved an invitation to the Million Dollar Round Table, of which he continues to be a member. Russell then went to work for Foresters as a managing director of sales where he built one of the top producing offices in the Mid-West region. In 2005, Russell returned to the role of an independent advisor to do what he loves best -- working with his clients to achieve their goals of personal and financial peace of mind. Russell founded Planning Legacies Financial Group in 2008. He attributes his success to his determination and the fact that he always puts the client first.
A member of the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants, Russell earned an Associate Degree in General Studies. He is a recipient of the National Quality Award. He names Celebration for Autism, Autism Speaks Inc., Prevent Child Abuse America, and the Children's Miracle Network as his favorite causes.
