Ah, the blended salad. I've been eating them since 1975 as part of my quick weight loss diet and I'm still hooked. Today, my quick weight loss diet has evolved because I am conscious of needing to eat protein at least every four hours each day. My quick weight loss diet now includes handfuls of small, halved tomatoes, half an unpeeled cucumber and/or zucchini, half an avocado, a stalk of celery, half a red pepper, a touch of onion, if you like, with generous handfuls of arugula and spinach--these are all great for a quick weight loss diet and as such are potential ingredients for a salad.

Blend the vegetables and fruits first because they'll form a juicy foundation and then toss in the greens and poke them into the liquid with the celery stalk. Let the whole thing become a thick green quick weight loss soup. (You can add fresh basil too, for flavor.) Spoon the blended salad into a deep bowl. It will amount to about 3 1/2 cups. Now top with a cup of whole yogurt, Greek, if you like it, and spoon salsa over the yogurt. Eat a real meal and follow your quick weight loss diet guidelines all at once! You'll be full for hours, and buzzing with antioxidants and still be on a quick weight loss diet. If you really want a heavy dose of antioxidants, add a clove or two of garlic. This is one of my favorite quick weight loss diet lunches, which I'm sure I eat at least four times a week. Beats crunching! Love it!
