Adva Mobile Community Hits 1,000 Member Mark, New Android App Announced

Leading mobile marketing and sales provider for bands announces growth and technology milestones.



    WAYLAND, MA, December 09, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Adva Mobile Corporation, a pioneer of mobile web and marketing services for touring bands and recording artists, announced a major milestone achievement was reached earlier this week. The 1,000th artist signed up for Adva Mobile's marketing platform was New Orleans Funk band Dumpstaphunk, one of the country's leading touring bands.

Bands using Adva Mobile's service connect with fans on their mobile phones with text messaging and mobile friendly web sites that engage fans with merch, ticket & music sales, exclusive content, fan engagement tools like voting and raffles and contests, news and show updates, and social connections using Twitter and Facebook. Artists drive fans to their sites with regular, monthly or bi-monthly text blasts and fans can connect with the band and other fans right from their phones.

Adva Mobile also introduced new features for its service, highlighted by a custom Android App service for each band and new mobile website homepage designs. Bands now can have a mobile website, mobile App, and mobile marketing platform at a fraction of the cost of any individual service. The Android App includes all the capabilities of the mobile web service, and an integrated CRM means that updates to the system propagate to both the band's mobile website and Apps - which streamlines the management process and saves time and money. The Android App follows the style design of the mobile web, maintaining the band's brand across multiple web properties, and Adva Mobile takes care of publishing the App to the Android marketplace.

Adva Mobile also introduced twelve new customized mobile web design templates that provide an exciting, streamlined mobile web experience and a dramatic departure from the original design. The new designs deliver an improved brand image for the band, and include the platform's messaging, content delivery, storefront, social sharing and fan engagement tools.
