WHEATON, IL, January 07, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- "Mobi-RolePlay" is an application developed by KnowledgeShift that allows individuals to practice various conversations and verbal skills. Originally developed to teach sales people how to better qualify prospects, the creative team from KnowledgeShift has now added interviewing skills, language training and will be deploying various samples for children and teens with autism and Asperger's.
"Our next release will be for more viral conversations," states Nancy Munro, CEO, "We are building a link into social media tools like Facebook so that our clients can build interactive voice scripts that allow users to share with their friends on Facebook and even set up different styles of scripts that allow users to have a unique experience with some of the same simulated content from our voice characters."
The interactive voice conversations are deployed via a combination of html content and from any phone using an IVR platform to allow the user to hear someone speaking to them and allowing the user to talk to the simulated character. When the call is complete, the application pieces together both sides of the conversation and then sends the user or a system administrator the "stitched" file together so they can hear it played back in one fluid conversation. "We envision that companies who teach language skills would be able to deploy the simulated scripts to their customers to provide an immersion-like experience with the Mobi-RolePlay system," said Nancy Munro.
